1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the official website of the Canada-Africa Forum and its events, including CAPBLEU 2025.
By accessing this site, filling out a form, registering for an event, or interacting with our online services, you fully and unreservedly agree to these Terms.

3. Event Registration

3.1. Procedure
Any registration for a Canada-Africa Forum or CAPBLEU 2025 event must be made via the official online form or any other channel duly authorized by the organizer.
3.2. Confirmation
Registration is considered valid only upon receipt of a confirmation email and, if applicable, full payment of the fee.
3.3. Conditions of access
Access to certain events or activities may be subject to identity verification, specific conditions of participation or prior obtaining visas and administrative authorisations.
3.4. Changes and cancellations
The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, schedules, speakers, or to cancel all or part of the event for reasons beyond its control (force majeure, health constraints, etc.). In this case, the terms of reimbursement or postponement will be specified to the participants concerned.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Rates
The applicable rates are indicated on the corresponding registration page and may vary depending on the package chosen. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes.
4.2. Payment
Secure payment is required to validate the registration. The accepted means of payment are specified on the website.
4.3. Invoicing
An official invoice can be issued on request, after validation of the payment.

5. Use of content

5.1. Copyright
All content on the site (texts, images, videos, logos, downloadable documents) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Pont-Bridge Canada or its partners. Any reproduction, modification or distribution without prior authorisation is prohibited.
5.2. Personal Use
The content may be viewed and downloaded for strictly personal and non-commercial use.
