The Canada-Africa Forum marks a historic milestone with the launch of CAPBLEU 2025, its first-ever sector event, which will take place from November 11 to 13, 2025 in Moncton, New Brunswick. This international forum will bring together more than 200 decision-makers, experts, businesses, ports and institutions from Canada, Africa and elsewhere to discuss logistics, maritime trade, infrastructure, and sustainable cooperation.
A strategic challenge: building a maritime bridge between two continents
CAPBLEU 2025 is part of a context of growth in Canada-Africa trade, but also of major logistical challenges: slow maritime transits, concentration of outlets, lack of structuring investments. In response, the forum aims to create a direct corridor between ports in Eastern Canada and those on the African continent, based on public-private partnerships, technological innovations and a vision of sustainable development.
A single platform to turn intentions into action
On the program:
- High-level thematic panels with ministers, CEOs, port directors and donors
- Specialised workshops on decarbonisation, digitalisation and port training
- Up to 10 B2B meetings per entity to negotiate concrete agreements
- Exclusive technical tours to the ports of Saint John, Belledune and New Brunswick logistics centres
- A closing gala dinner combining networking, culture and diplomatic protocols

Why participate in CAPBLEU 2025?
Whether you are a port, a company, a community, an investor or an expert, CAPBLEU 2025 offers you:
- Concrete business opportunities
- Direct access to public and private decision-makers
