PMAWCA (Port Management Association of West and Central Africa)

Mr. Jean Marie KOFFI is the Secretary General of the PMAWCA (Port Management Association of West and Central Africa) and the current Executive Secretary of the PAPC (Pan-African Association for Port Cooperation), which brings together the three sister port associations of the African continent (UAPNA, PMAESA and PMAWCA).
A specialist in international cooperation, maritime trade and port management, he has more than twenty years of experience in the port and maritime sector, having held management positions, notably at the Abidjan Port Authority, where he contributed to several projects, including on the competitiveness of Ivorian ports and the friendship and cooperation treaties.
In his capacity as Secretary General of the PMAWCA, he now leads several projects on sustainable port management and supports member organisations towards greater competitiveness.
Mr. Jean Marie KOFFI holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration (DSGE/MBA) option Marketing and Communication from the African Center for Advanced Studies in Management (CESAG), Dakar; a master's degree in Humanities and Social Sciences, option Philosophy of Art, from the University of Abidjan COCODY; and a degree in Human Resources Engineering from the African Centre for Management and Executive Development (CAMPC), Abidjan.
